그림검사 (HTP·KFD)

심리검사의 가장 보편적인 검사 중 하나이며 사람에 대한 대략적인 검사인 집(House)-나무(Tree)-사람(Person) 검사를 서술합니다. 내담자가 빈 여백 종이에 그림을 그리면, 상담자는 그림을 내담자의 내면을 이어주는 매개체로 보고 그림에 대해 몇 가지 질문을 해서 내담자의 내면의 상태를 봅니다. 즉 일종의 설정놀이와도 같습니다. 그림의 형태 자체가 내담자의 내면을 나타내기도 하는데, 이를 구체적으로 열거하면 검사가 오염되기 때문에 올리지 않도록 합니다. 동적가족화(Kinetic Family Drawing)검사는 자신을 포함한 가족 구성원들을 그려 가족 구성원들에 대한 내적인 상을 시각적으로 표현하게 됩니다 .KFD검사의 가장 큰 장점은 그림을 보면서 가족 안에서 상호작용을 파악하고 인물의 행동이나 움직임에 초점을 두고 해석하게 됩니다. 그렇게 하여 얻을 수 있는 결과 들 중에서 성격형성, 가족체계, 가정환경 등을 파악할 수 있습니다.

MMPI(Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory)는 현재 가장 널리 쓰이는 심리검사 중 하나로 스타크 해서웨이(Starke Hathaway) 박사와 제이 챔리 매킨리(J. Chamley McKinley) 박사가 군사들의 PTSD를 빠르게 측정하기 위해 미네소타 대학교에서 개발한 자기보고형 심리검사입니다. 정신과 병원이나 상담센터 등에서 심리검사를 실시할 때 빠지지 않고 실시하는 검사입니다. 이유는 로르샤흐 검사와 같은 타당도에 논란이 많은 심리검사도구와는 달리 MMPI는 이미 수많은 연구와 임상사례 그리고 가장 중요한 타당도에 논란이 비교도 안되게 적은 검사이고, MMPI-2 검사는 다른 투사검사들에 비하여 매우 체계적인 해석체계가 존재하기에 아주 객관적인 성격검사라고 볼 수 있습니다. 심리학자들 중에서 호불호가 갈리지 않고 검사 실시와 채점이 용이하며, 시간과 노력도 절약되기 때문에 모두가 애용하는 심리검사입니다. 일선에서는 이것을 가리킬 때 '엠엠피아이'(MMPI)로 통합니다. 실제 현장(특히 1차 의료)에서는 우선 MMPI와 SCT만 시킨 다음에 그 결과를 보고 필요하다면 FBT 등 정밀한 심리검사를 돌리는 것이 일반적입니다.

REBT is a type of CBT that focuses on changing irrational thoughts or beliefs that negatively affect a person's emotions or behaviours. Therapists will often challenge or dispute these thoughts to help a person understand how they can change their thinking about events that occur.
Reality Therapy 현실치료

1965년 William Glasser가 도입한 현실치료는 개인의 행동을 선택으로 보는 상담의 한 형태입니다. Glasser의 이론에 따르면 심리적 증상은 정신 건강 상태의 결과가 아니라 충족되지 않은 기본 욕구의 결과입니다. 현실치료에서는 행동 선택이 내부 통제에 의해 결정된다고 가정합니다. 외부 요인에 의해 통제되는 것은 변화에 대한 장벽이므로 현실 치료사는 내담자가 통제할 수 있는 선택에 대한 자기 인식을 높이기 위해 협력합니다.

Introduced by William Glasser in 1965, reality therapy is a form of counselling that views a person's behaviours as choices. According to Glasser's theory, psychological symptoms are not a result of mental health conditions, but rather consequences of unfulfilled basic needs. Reality therapy posits that behavioural choices are determined by internal control. Being controlled by external factors is a barrier to change, so reality therapists work with clients to increase self-awareness of the choices that they have control over.
Relational Psychotherapy 관계심리치료

관계치료는 정신역동적 치료적 접근법을 활용한 대화치료의 한 유형이다. 관계치료 접근방식의 핵심은 우리가 사회적 세계와 관계에 의해 형성되며, 좋은 관계를 유지하는 것이 우리의 행복과 자존감에 필수적이라는 생각입니다. 좋은 관계를 유지하고 구축하려면 가장 일반적으로 사용되는 관계형 접근 방식(적극적인 경청, 예의 등)이 필요합니다. 다른 접근 방식은 보다 구조화되고 계획되어야 합니다. 예를 들어 멘토링이나 동아리는 기존 관계를 강화하고 어려운 문제를 해결하는 데 도움이 될 수 있습니다.

The most commonly used relational approaches — like active listening and courtesy — are needed to maintain and build good relationships. Other approaches need to be more structured and planned. Mentoring or circles, for example, can strengthen existing relationships and help to solve difficult problems.
